About the Trophy Club Emergency Volunteer Association

The Trophy Club Emergency Volunteer Association serves under the umbrella of both the Police and Fire Department. We are a 501(c)(3) organization that utilizes its funds to support our first responders through purchases of equipment and training and through various activities. Some activities include:

Our volunteers either are residents of Trophy Club or work in Trophy Club and come from various professional and personal backgrounds. Many of us have additional training and certifications, such as the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), amateur radio operator licenses and Skywarn spotters. We also assist our town with public events and organize community activities such as Yoga in the Park and the TCEVA Chili Cook-Off.

Membership is contingent upon approval by the Trophy Club Police Chief and Fire Chief and all applicants are subject to a background check. All members are expected to follow the Volunteer Code of Conduct as defined in the Trophy Club Emergency Volunteer Association Policies, and membership will continue at the discretion of the Police Chief and Fire Chief. Final approval and continued membership is at the discretion of the Trophy Club Police Chief and Fire Chief.

To support and assist the Trophy Club Police Department and Fire Department, promote public awareness and education by serving as ambassadors of the Trophy Club Police Department and Fire Department to the public and to other agencies, and promote a safe environment for First Responders and Residents through service and activities.
